The Allatoona Yacht Club is NOT going to have the fireworks show on Labor Day weekend, 2007 Due to the drought, the Army Corp of Engineers has been required to release more water than normal for Alabama; consequently, lake water level is being reduced much faster this year. Therefore the boating season will be substantially shortened. We decided that it would be best if we waited until the 4th of July, 2008, to have our fireworks show.

Directions by Land:
Beginning at I-285 and I-75 go North on I-75 to either Glade Road or Red Top Mountain Road exits. Turn Right from either exit. From Red Top Mountain Road the Yacht Club is on the Left at Websters Ferry Landing Drive, Turn Left and then right at first road. From Glade Road, the Yacht Club is on the right at Websters Ferry Landing Drive. Turn Right onto Websters Ferry Landing Drive, and right again at gate. Property is a private-gated community; consequently, and appointment is required.
Off Red Top Mountain Road in Red Top Mountain State Park.

Allatoona Yacht Club is on a point of land between Illinois Creek and Park Marina at Websters Creek Junction. Our clubhouse stands out as a beautiful landmark and the marina entrance is to the left of the clubhouse.
