General Notes:
We need items for donation for Bingo, Casino Night, kids activities etc. Please give generously or make a cash donation to offset the cost of prizes.
We have made every effort to keep the cost of events as low as possible, so please participate throughout the week.
We will have Porti-Potties throughout the club as a convenience. Please consider a donation that will help pay for these.
We still have many events without host. Please consider volunteering as a host or to assist a host. Without a host the event will not occur. All events need additional staff.
Nickie and I would like to extend our sincere thanks to those who have generously volunteered to make this week possible. Your donations for the Bingo, Casino Night and for your cash donations for the fireworks show are greatly appreciated.
We look forward to sharing the week with you all. May we all remember exactly what it is, that we celebrate each July 4th, and those who have served and continue to serve our great country.
Have a GREAT WEEK!
Wade and Nickie
